Meet the Elbeco Sales Team

Mike is a former Elbeco employee and brings over 30 years’ experience in the uniform industry to LION. He has worked on the retail side of the uniform business as a partner in a local uniform store in AZ and was the VP of Retail for Quartermaster prior to their Galls acquisition. He most recently worked with Smart Communications as Regional Director and is excited to have the opportunity to come back to Elbeco.

Justin currently resides in Lakeville, Minnesota with his wife and two sons. Justin brings to LION 10 years of experience in the public safety sales industry, though he has grown up in the law enforcement community due to his dad’s 33-year career as a police officer. Prior to entering the industry, Justin received his degree in Communications from Minnesota State University, Mankato.

Claire brings over a decade of experience in the law enforcement industry, specializing in distribution sales.  Based in Chicago, IL, she serves as the Uniform Distribution Director, overseeing strategic initiatives and operational excellence in uniform distribution. She takes great pride in being a valued member of the LION Team and is dedicated to contributing to its ongoing success.

Mark Marino has a combined 23 years of experience in both Law Enforcement and Public Safety sales. He has a passion for educating the Public Safety community on the products that will help make their days better and more comfortable.

When not working he is busy spending time and having fun with his family, which includes his magnificent wife, amazing son, and incredible daughter.

He also loves playing golf (poorly), spending time in his garden, watching St. Louis Cardinal baseball and anything else outdoors.

Neomi Carlson covers our West and West Coast regions. Neomi has many years of experience, being in the uniform industry since she was a child. In her career, she has had the privilege to work first for a family business and then a Quartermaster since 2005. Above all, Neomi enjoys working with people, so the retail business has always been a great fit. 

During her experience, Neomi held a position as a store supervisor, where she says, “…this is where I learned the most about the industry and the Elbeco line.” She also goes on to say, “Having worked extensively with police, fire, EMS and security for many years, I have a vast knowledge of all the product lines and what they have to offer. I’m excited to continue the tradition of building the Elbeco brand.”

Rainey currently lives in Lafayette, Louisiana. Rainey graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in May of 2019 receiving her bachelor's degree in Business. Since graduating, Rainey has experience in direct sales and agency development. She is excited to bring her passion for sales to the LION team.

Cory Daza brings over 3 years of sales experience to LION. Though his selling experience is exclusive to public safety apparel, Cory has been on both the distributor and manufacturer sides of the industry. Cory also brings some firsthand experience to the public safety apparel sales industry, as he is still a part time police officer. Originally hailing from East Lansing, MI, Cory currently lives in Vero Beach, FL and holds a Bachelors degree from Michigan State University.

Mark is originally from Garland, Texas, but he currently resides in Prosper, Texas with his wife and two sons. Mark brings to LION experience in business development, account management and general management.

Mark has managed retail operations in stores selling custom dress uniforms, stock uniforms, tactical gear and body armor. His previous sales experience is in the uniform industry as well, managing accounts of public safety professionals throughout Texas. Mark has a passion for building relationships with customers and providing outstanding customer service.

Tim loves traveling internationally, playing sports, collecting art, and exploring nature through hiking and surfing.  He is a big music fan and actually almost auditioned as the bassist in Ashlee Simpson’s band!  He has a long-term girlfriend of six years, who happens to be an identical triplet.  His family also includes two adorable companions: a French Bulldog named Remy, and a crazy Boston Terrier named Nori.

When asked why Tim wanted to join the LION team, he stated, “I was drawn to Lion because of its exceptional company culture and respected reputation in the industry.  Joining Lion represents an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team while growing alongside a company recognized for its impact.”

Bob Helmer covers our West Coast territory. A Roseville, California native, he graduated from Arizona State University in 2011 with a Bachelor's in Business. Following in his dad's footsteps, Bob then began his career in uniform sales, starting with a tenure at Quartermaster. He currently resides in Roseville with his daughter and is excited to join the LION team.

Greg currently resides in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota. He brings to LION 10 years’ experience in outside sales. Greg covers the Midwest states and still enjoys the working relationships he has formed with his dealers and the agencies he has been servicing all of these years. 

Steve Tassinari covers our Northeast region. Steve Tassinari was born and raised in Massachusetts and currently resides in Rhode Island. Steve has nearly 20 years of experience in the Uniform Industry, spent entirely within the New England states. Steve started his career with Elbeco in 2001, and after that he served as Senior Account Manager in New England for I. Spiewak & Sons for the past 10 years. Steve is excited to return to LIONas the Northeast Distribution Sales Manager where he will continue to develop and establish the Elbeco brand via his strong relationship with valued customers and authorized distributors.

David currently resides in North Carolina with his wife and two sons. David brings to LION over 27 years of experience in sales, with various roles in linen and uniform rentals, apparel and paper goods, automobile, embroidery and print equipment. David also brings a passion for serving customers and providing top-notch service.

Heather has had a long tenure being the heart and soul of the sales department from our Reading office. Prior to Elbeco, she didn’t have any experience with uniforms, and she got her start within the accounting department “before joining the BEST sales team EVER.”
