The V1 Size Calculator is designed to assist in determining suitable V1 size options based on wearer's ballistic vest and body measurements. This process should not replace an actual garment fitting.
Upon receipt of the garment, we recommend that it be tried on by the intended user with his/her internal carrier installed to ensure proper fit.
When measuring the user's ballistic carrier, we recommend the following in order to determine the most suitable size option:
- Use a cloth tape measure
- Keep the ballistic panels inside the carrier when measuring.
- When measuring ballistic panels within the carrier, include the excess fabric bulk created by the panel carrier in your measurement.
- Wear garments that are well-fitted while having someone take your measurements (do not take your own measurements). Be sure to stand up straight and relaxed, so that measurements will reflect your natural stance.
