 Elbeco has become a platinum sponsor of the National Tactical Officers Association (NTOA), the leading non-profit association dedicated to the advancement of High Risk Patrol Operations and the Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) profession throughout the world.

The NTOA serves as a communication link between SWAT teams, crisis negotiations units, and other US tactical units, provides extensive tactical training and education to help member organizations deal with the increasingly violent challenges facing law enforcement. The organization expedites and facilitates the exchange of information between these units by providing a clearinghouse of for high risk patrol and tactical information.
Member benefits include over 60 hands-on training courses throughout the year that utilize active police officers as trainers; annual week-long training conferences for both Crisis Negotiators and Tactical Squads; and quarterly publications that provide up-to-date information on tactics, weapons, uniforms, and other related products and services.
