Elbeco Customization

For over 100 years, Elbeco has been perfecting uniform shirts and trousers to meet the exacting standards of Law Enforcement, Fire/Rescue, Corrections, Military, Postal and Transportation agencies as well as private industries.

Elbeco accommodates a great number of styles through customization.

We produce uniforms in many colors and styles, but sometimes a department has special needs.  We meet those needs with custom tailoring of the finest corporate dress and knit shirts with distinctive embroidery and modifications to the most complex outerwear.  Whether customizing existing stock styles, or tailoring on a cut to order basis, our nationwide sales force is here to meet the needs of specific design for uniform programs.

Elbeco's exceptional services include a wide range of customizing services on stock garments including contrasting shoulder straps and pocket flaps and the addition of zipper fronts to shirts. Emblems, custom badge tabs, etc. can be attached to all shirts and outerwear.

Elbeco offers a variety of Stock Shirt customization options including:

• Front zipper attachment: Coil zipper closure with false button front prevents gapping buttons.
• Name plate attachment: Above Right Pocket with either embroidered eyelets or customer-supplied name patches.
• Emblem attachment: Customer supplied emblems, chevrons, and rockers applied per instruction.
• Badge tab attachment
• Extra badge tab holes
• Contrasting shoulder straps and/or pocket flaps attachment
• Embroidered collar eyelets
• Custom embroidery: Minimum quantities required.  Please inquire.
• Long body: Add additional fabric to the body of a shirt.

Elbeco also offers a variety of Stock Trouser customization options to fit all our customer's needs.  They include:

• Hemming: All Elbeco trousers (except Basic Duty BDU's) are sold unfinished length and must be hemmed to wear.
• Custom seam striping: Available in a variety of colors and fabrics including braid, soutache and cloth striping.
• Creaset®: Add Creaset® permanent creases to trousers for permanent front and back creases.
• Extra cut-in pockets: Add billy pockets to rear or route book pockets to side or front.
